Terms of use
Last updated November 6, 2026.
These terms are between you and What It Is What It Do LLC ("we"), the maker of Richard Cheeseburger's Music Trivia Mayhem™ ("the game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard license for apps also applies.
It's a game
All characters are fictional. Money, scores and wagers in the game are make-believe. They have no real value, can't be exchanged for anything, and the game involves no real money or gambling.
Playing online
Choose a name that's fit for all ages, and play fair. Don't use the game to harass anyone, and don't try to cheat, disrupt the servers, or get around the name filter. We may change an offensive name, and we may remove a player or a leaderboard entry that breaks these rules.
Music facts
The questions are about real music and real artists, written by us and checked against their sources. The game includes no real recordings or photos of artists, and no artist or record label is connected with it or endorses it.
What's ours
The game, its characters, art, music, voices, questions and text are © What It Is What It Do LLC. Richard Cheeseburger's Music Trivia Mayhem™, Music Trivia Mayhem™, It's All You™, Final Mayhem™, Richard Cheeseburger™ and Gus Tortellini™ are trademarks of What It Is What It Do LLC. You may share screenshots and clips for personal, non-commercial use.
Changes and availability
We work to keep online play running, but we can't promise it will always be available. We may update the game and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it.
